LEADERSHIP

Margaret Lange is a Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) and a Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) with over 30 years of experience developing import and export trade compliance programs and leading effective teams in the manufacturing and retail industries.  

Margaret joined M.E. Dey & Co. as the Compliance Director in July of 2018 and is responsible for M.E. Dey’s corporate compliance and CTPAT security profile. Additionally, Margaret oversees our Consulting division where she utilizes her years of trade experience and knowledge to assist our customers in their compliance and consulting needs including developing Import and Export Compliance Programs and written Procedures, conducting Trade Compliance audits and corrective action planning, training, CTPAT, product classification, trade agreement validations, and country of origin determinations.

Margaret also helps keep our clients stay informed and updated on developing trade initiatives and regulatory changes through public speaking, and authoring trade news updates for our newsletters and whitepapers.

Margaret received her BS, with honors, in Professional Communications from Alverno College.
