LEADERSHIP

Sarah Azar joined M.E. Dey in 2012, and is currently the Vice President of Business Development and Business Solutions. She is a shareholder and part of the fifth generation of family leadership for this respected Wisconsin company.

Sarah spent her first few years learning every aspect of this 110 year old family business and helped transition the company into a new operating platform while obtaining her certification as a Certified Import Specialist and Certified Export Specialist. With a passion for international business, Sarah works closely with overseas partner offices to collaborate, develop, and streamline import and export processes for customers.

In addition to developing international relationships, Sarah works directly with M.E. Dey’s clients to increase process efficiencies and provide technological solutions for their supply chains. With this cadre of resources, Sarah can help importers and exporters with the latest solutions relevant to their specific operations and compliance needs.

Prior to joining M.E. Dey, Sarah spent several years in Mexico as a certified teacher of English as a foreign language, to adults and children.

Sarah graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BA in Communication and Leadership. Her leadership experience includes work in Argentina, and South Africa where she immersed herself in many levels of the socio-economic environment. Sarah’s appreciation of world cultures brings added enthusiasm to her responsibilities at M.E. Dey where she is dedicated to bringing customized world-class service to the partners and clients of M.E. Dey.
